How much exercise would you say that you complete a week? If the answer is none, you need to do something about that. You don’t have to go to the gym. There’s no need. If you’re eating three, balanced meals per day, that’s more than enough. Do this and your diet isn’t something you need to worry about. You just need to try and avoid the junk food and the rubbish.
